Olivia P. Walker
Olivia P. Walker is an eternal enthusiast of performing arts, was elected to serve as Confluence Ballet Company’s treasurer in December 2022, and has served on the board since November 2022. Walker is an award winning public policy and affairs strategist and brings over 15 years of leadership experience across industries and in the public, private and non-profit sectors, to include having served in management roles in Florida’s Tampa Bay Area. Walker earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of South Florida and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of South Florida School of Public Affairs. In December 2016, after graduating at the top of her graduate school class, and during her tenure as a public policy and government affairs analyst at WellCare Health Plans, a Fortune 500 company and health insurer, she was inducted into Pi Alpha Alpha - The International Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration. Phi Alpha Alpha is a selective honors society reserved for people who demonstrate excellence in public affairs and administration scholarship and public service. She’s currently an advocate for Multiracial Americans and is a member of the American Association of Political Consultants. As a Multiracial American herself, in 2022 Walker stopped taking clients - as O.W.B Public Affairs, Research, Strategy and Writing, to focus on ensuring a better future for Multiracial Americans and to focus on her role with Confluence Ballet. Walker is from New England and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. Her hobby is fusion belly dance.
