Jaidin BW is a dance artist based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, holding a BFA in Dance from Slippery Rock University, where she was awarded the Outstanding Performer Award. She has trained in a variety of styles, including ballet, modern, jazz, and hip-hop and has choreographed works with SRU Dance Theater, exploring themes of humanity and empowerment. Jaidin has performed works by renowned choreographers such as Helen Simoneau and Nathan Trice, and even took the stage at NYC's iconic Joyce Theater in a Martha Graham piece, a technique she passionately embraces and continues to study. Additionally, she performed with the Palenque Colombian Dance Ensemble and traveled to Colombia in 2023 to reconstruct a traditional dance, fueling her love of cultural exploration and performance.
